RMA Return Policy

Refunds Policy

By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted the following policy.



Cancellation

Usually, orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours on weekdays. Customers can request order cancellation before the order is shipped. No cancellations can be made after the order has already been shipped.

Order adjustment service is only available if your order has not yet shipped. Customers can request an order adjustment through our email, plantmax@allstategardensupply.com, as long as it has not been shipped.

Any product sold and shipped by Plantmax is eligible for free returns within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or replacement.



Return Shipping Labels

Plantmax provides free return shipping labels for products within 30 days of the delivery date. You may request a prepaid return label during the return creation process within this period.

Plantmax reserves the right to deduct the cost of return shipping from the refund amount for RMA returns made after the 30-day free return period. For products that are not eligible for a free return for a refund, but are eligible for return for replacement, customers are responsible for any return shipping costs.

In the event a product is returned that is (a) not defective, or (b) not the same product originally purchased from the website, the product will be shipped back to the customer. If a refund has already been processed, Plantmax reserves the right to deduct from the refund amount the cost of the return shipping from the customer to Plantmax.

Plantmax should receive the returned package within four weeks after the RMA number is issued.



Return Processing

Please allow 2-3 business days to process RMA returns after they are received. Due to product availability, some repair/replacement returns may be delayed or changed to refunds. Once your return has been processed, we will send you an email regarding your return status.



Refunds

Customers can only receive a full refund if the RMA is requested within 30 days of the delivery date. Once your return has been processed, refunds will be issued back to your original payment method. This could take around 2-3 business days.



Replacements

Replacements can be issued for defective reasons within the product warranty period. Once your return has been processed, a replacement will be processed and shipped within approximately 1-2 business days. If Plantmax no longer carries a product that is sent in for replacement, or if the product is simply out of stock, Plantmax will issue a refund.

Products eligible for replacement may only be replaced with the same product. We currently do not allow exchanges or returns for replacements of different products.

To return a product to Plantmax, you must obtain an RMA number within the applicable return period for the product. Your RMA number must be listed on your return package to identify your return. Once you’re ready, gather your products and prepare your package to ship back. Ensure your products are packaged securely to protect against damage. Once ready, attach your return shipping label to the outside of the shipping box. Return labels are valid for 14 days, within which time the returned products must be received by Plantmax.

Products that are received by Plantmax in any of the following conditions are not eligible for return and may be rejected:

• Any product with a missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number label, missing UPC Code, manufacturer model or part number label, and/or warranty label.

• Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product.

• Any product that exhibits physical damage.

• Any product that appears tampered with, customized, or altered in any way.

• Products, are not the same as originally purchased from the website.



Cross-Shipping

We do not cross-ship. Returns must be received, inspected, and approved before we ship a replacement.



Refusing Delivery

Refused shipments are treated like regular returns and may be charged a non-refundable 15% restocking fee.



Defective Products

A defective product that is returned may be repaired, replaced, or refunded at Plantmax’s sole discretion unless otherwise required by law.
